Registered Behavior Technician Training Program

We offer a full comprehensive RBT training to get individuals fully certified and ready to conduct therapy!

  • Interview / Background Check

    We will conduct a background check and an interview to ensure candidates meet your requirements and match your practices culture. If your team prefers to do the interview, that is also an option.

  • 40 Hour Training Course

    Comprehensive and engaging instruction covering all required topics for RBT certification. Candidates will also receive a study guide, mock exam, and other materials to make sure they are prepared.

  • Training/Exam Prep Course

    Each candidate is required to take a preparation classes with our BCBAs to help candidates succeed on their first exam attempt and gain more confidence/knowledge in the field.

  • Competency Assessment

    Our BCBAs conduct thorough evaluations to ensure candidates meet all certification standards per the BACB and are competent to be an RBT.

  • RBT Exam

    We will help prepare candidates for the RBT exam. Our training course has a 100% pass rate for first time exam takers.

  • Ready to work RBT Candidate

    Once a candidate passes their exam, they will be sent over via our clinic portal with all their information, required documents, resume, etc. and are ready to work!
